Kirk is an associate in our Employee Benefits Practice. He helps clients with all aspects of employee benefits, including qualified Section 401(k), 403(b) and 457 retirement plans; non-qualified deferred compensation plans; welfare benefit plans, including Section 125 cafeteria plans, self-insured medical plans and health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs); VEBAs; flexible spending arrangements (FSAs); health savings accounts (HSAs); ERISA compliance; HIPAA privacy; and plan-related issues in connection with acquisitions, dispositions and mergers. He is also experienced with a multiple array of business-related issues including real estate transactions, corporate and LLC matters, employment law and municipal law issues. Kirk has been an active community volunteer and coordinated comprehensive community service programs for local adolescents for AmeriCorps in Astoria, OR.
