Recent Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) data shows an increase in sexual harassment complaints filed by teen workers. With summer here, and its inevitable influx of teen workers into the workforce, employers need to ensure that they understand sexual harassment and how to avoid it in their business. The EEOC provides specific information regarding the rights and responsibilities of both teens and employers through a program called Youth@Work.
