For most employers, the deadline to file the 2007 medical plan Disclosure Report with the U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid ("CMS") is March 2, 2007. In order to ensure that the filing obligation is not overlooked, a summary of this reporting duty is set forth in this document.
