Revisions to Retirement Plan Distribution Notices Required for 2010

Description:
Two notices pertaining to retirement plan distributions are required to be updated for 2010 to satisfy new IRS standards. These notices are applicable for all types of qualified retirement plans, including Section 401(k), 403(b) and 457(b) plans. Both notices expressly form part of the IRS plan qualification rules. Consequently, the failure to properly comply with these notice rules subjects an employers plan to disqualification.
