Gleaves Swearingen recently represented the shareholders of Extreme Technologies, Inc., also known as BowTech, the leading manufacturer of compound bows and archery equipment in the world, in a recent transaction in which BowTech was sold to a subsidiary of Savage Sports Corporation.
