Description:
Several bills passed during the 2009 Oregon legislative session will impact the employment practices of a number of Oregon employers, most notably in the way employers conduct meetings regarding union activities. There are also new provisions for unpaid leave entitlement for employees whose family members are deployed for military service, as well as additional employment discrimination provisions.
